75 Hormones FAQ

Do I have to start on a specific day?

You can start the challenge any day you want. Once you download the app, you will have access to the resources and "Pre-Work". When you are ready to start, you will indicate your "Day 1" in the in-app inbox.

What if I need to start over on day 1?

Everyone needs a reset every once in a while! Simply use the in-app inbox to request your program be reset to day 1.

Are the workouts for the gym?

You will have the choice between a gym workout plan, and a dumbbells-only workout plan. 

What equipment do I need for the at-home workouts?

You will at least need one or two sets of dumbbells (one light and one heavy) and resistance bands. Here is a link to my favorite bands:

Are the recipes available for special diets?

Yes! We have recipes and meal plans in 3 options: Omnivore, Vegan, and Gluten Free/Dairy Free.

When I finish the program, do I still have access to the app?

Yes! The app has many different programs available including 75 Hormones. When you first log in you will indicate which program you would like to start with. You can browse all of the programs in the "Library". If you decide to switch to a different program, simply use the in-app inbox to request a different program. The changes will be made within 12 hours. 

Can I track macros?

While I don't recommend macro tracking if your goal is to optimize hormone health, the app does have the capacity for tracking. You will integrate MyFitnessPal and set your own goal in the app. This way your macros will show up on your main dashboard in the app. If you would like to enable this feature you can request it in the in-app inbox. 

I need accountability and a few customizations!

If you want to make customizations outside of the flexibility that the plan already offers (i.e. workouts that favor an injury, omit or add habits, etc) you will want to upgrade to 1:1 Custom Coaching. With this plan we will be able to customize any program to you or write a completely personalized plan! It also comes with accountability from Annie, a monthly video session, a food journal, and additional personalized resources. 

What if I want to cancel?

Cancelling is easy and hassle-free. Simply log into your account (you will create this at checkout) click on "subscriptions" and cancel your app subscription. Your access to the app and all programs will end at the end of your billing cycle. There are no refunds or pro-rated options.
