What's the difference between the Self-Guided Plan and 1:1 Custom Coaching?

In 1:1 Custom Coaching, you will still get all of the same features as the self-guided plans. The difference is, I will customize a plan to meet your exact needs. We will also meet once a month and text/voice memo frequently. 

In addition to a customized exercise, nutrition, and habits plan, you will get:
- Daily monitoring of progress and in-app logging
- Weekly reviews of progress
- Weekly feedback and additional resources upon request
- Monthly video sessions
- Encouraging texts and support from me (typically 2-4 check in texts per week on business days)
