Service Description

In your free consultation Annie will review your wellness goals with you and assess your needs. You will discuss potential approaches to your goals and discover which coaching program is right for you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 12 hours in advance. I would be happy to accommodate you. If you are 10 minutes late or more, the appointment will be considered a "no-show" and will need to be rescheduled. After 2 no-shows I will not be able to reschedule you.
